We are currently looking for a Transaction Support Specialist to join our team.

Reporting to the VP, Transaction Management, this position supports client transactions by assisting clients with transaction inquiries, processing requests, and maintaining accurate records of related activity. The position is responsible for processing requests in a timely manner and in compliance with internal policies and external regulatory requirements.

This position coordinates with clients to gather necessary information, provides updates on transaction status, troubleshoots, and resolves issues.

Attention to detail and effective communication are essential to effectively navigate transaction processes and address inquiries from clients.

The role collaborates with internal team members to elevate complex issues, contribute to process improvements, and deliver high-quality service. Incumbents are expected to continually build expertise in client transactions, company workflows, processes, and the overall mortgage industry.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field (or equivalent combination of years of experience with High School diploma/GED) required
  • Previous experience in transaction management or client relations/client-facing role preferred
  • Previous experience in mortgage servicing
  • Previous experience in customer service
  • Demonstrated experience working in a fast‑paced environment
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, and Power Point
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with individuals, both internal and external to the organization
  • Solid interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated analytical skills
  • Solid decision‑making abilities coupled with sound judgment
  • Good judgment and problem‑solving abilities
  • Strong organization and time management skills

Compensation
  • The hiring range for this position is between $24.00-$26.00 per hour
  • This position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus
