Responsibilities
- Review and underwrite new and renewal small business/commercial loans.
- Perform global cash flow analysis, DSCR calculations, and credit risk assessment.
- Review loan packages prepared by Credit Analysts for accuracy, completeness, and policy adherence.
- Approve loans within delegated authority and present credit decisions as needed.
- Provide day-to-day guidance, coaching, and support to Credit Analysts.
- Ensure adherence to underwriting standards, procedures, and service level agreements.
- Partner with Relationship Managers to support customer needs and deal structuring.
- Recommend workflow or process improvements as appropriate.
- 5–7 years of commercial loan underwriting experience.
- Strong knowledge of commercial lending, credit underwriting, and cash flow analysis.
- Ability to independently underwrite and review complex loan files.
- Strong communication skills and ability to explain underwriting decisions.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
The position is fully onsite with working hours from Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM.

Pay And Benefits
The pay range for this position is $85000.00 - $110000.00/yr.
