24 has been a trusted national leader in alarm monitoring and emergency response. Our Alarm Monitoring Dispatchers are the professionals who ensure that every alarm gets the fast, accurate response it deserves.
This role is ideal for dependable, detail-oriented individuals looking to build a career in emergency communications, criminal justice, or public safety.
No prior dispatch experience is required — we’ll provide paid, hands‑on training.
- Respond to fire, burglary, panic, and medical alarms across the U.S.
- Dispatch police, fire, and medical responders quickly and accurately.
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls while following clear procedures.
- Communicate professionally and calmly under pressure.
- Maintain accurate records and collaborate with team members in a fast‑paced environment.
- Paid training provided during first‑shift hours (approximately 8 weeks).
- Following training, employees are assigned to 2nd or 3rd shifts, which may include nights, weekends, and holidays.
- All positions are on‑site to support 24/7 emergency operations.
- Competitive pay starting at $16 to $24/hr for experienced dispatchers, with performance‑based bonuses and raises.
- Monthly and quarterly bonuses for attendance, accuracy, and customer service.
- Shift premiums: +$1/hr for 3rd shift.
- Overtime pay: 1.5x scheduled, double time for unscheduled, triple time for holidays.
- Weekly paychecks and consistent schedules.
