Staffmark is seeking a motivated Transportation Delivery Appointment Scheduler to join our logistics team in Des Plaines, IL. If you're passionate about delivering exceptional service in a fast‑paced environment, this is the perfect opportunity for you!
Shift: Monday‑Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Pay: $20.00 per hour
Responsibilities- Communicate with customers via phone and email regarding order status, shipping information, billing, and other customer needs.
- Perform data entry into Excel and/or customer databases to update order details.
- Ensure accurate and timely customer support while maintaining professional communication.
- 1 year of Customer Service experience in the logistics industry.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data entry.
