Senior Graphic Designer

The ideal candidate brings strong design thinking skills with a deep understanding of visual fundamentals, including color theory, typography, layout, and composition. This role is heavily focused on website design, and the ideal candidate has substantial experience designing complex, large-scale marketing and corporate websites from concept through launch. They have a solid grasp of responsive and adaptive design principles and are comfortable applying established brand systems in fresh, compelling, and visually engaging ways across digital experiences.

This role requires confidence in presenting design concepts and collaborating with senior stakeholders, with the ability to understand business goals, interpret feedback, and translate preferences into effective design solutions. They are comfortable leading website design presentations, defending UX and visual decisions, and articulating how design choices support conversion, usability, and business KPIs.

Candidates must submit an online portfolio that clearly showcases in-depth website design case studies. Portfolios without detailed website examples (including homepage designs, interior page templates, and component-level thinking) will not be considered.
Responsibilities

• Develop a strong understanding of client brands, products, services, and business objectives.
• Lead design initiatives while contributing effectively within a highly collaborative, cross-functional team.
• Execute creative work that aligns with established brand guidelines, design systems, and creative direction across multiple platforms and media.
• Own the visual design of complex website projects, including homepage concepts, interior templates, landing pages, and scalable component systems.
• Contribute to the creation, documentation, and maintenance of design systems and component libraries as needed.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining a high standard of quality.
• Collaborate closely with Digital Strategists, Marketers, Project Managers, UX Architects, and Front-End Developers to create intuitive, visually compelling, and user-centered digital experiences delivered on time and within scope.
• Design responsive web pages and templates from concept through execution and production.
• Translate UX wireframes and user flows into high-fidelity UI that is thoughtful, conversion-aware, and technically feasible.
• Work within CMS and technical constraints (e.g., component-driven builds) to ensure scalable, development-ready design solutions.
• Partner with Project Managers to ensure deliverables are completed on time and within budget.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in digital design, including significant experience designing websites.
• At least 3+ years designing enterprise-level or multi-template marketing websites.
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
• A strong online portfolio showcasing digital, web, and visual design work.
• A portfolio that demonstrates strategic thinking, problem-solving, and measurable outcomes from website projects (not just visual execution).
• Advanced proficiency in Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite.
• Expert-level experience designing responsive systems, grids, and scalable components in Figma (Auto Layout, Variants, Variables preferred).
• Experience working with design systems and component-based design; experience helping create or evolve design systems is a plus.
