Luxe Home Health is seeking a hands‑on Vice President of Business Development to lead and execute growth initiatives across Illinois, Missouri, Indiana, and Kansas. We are in active expansion mode and looking for a leader who does more than develop strategy — someone who builds relationships in the field, opens new referral channels, drives admissions growth, and holds teams accountable to measurable performance standards.

This role requires both strategic direction and direct market engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute multi-state growth strategy for Home Health services
  • Personally engage in market development and high‑value referral partnerships
  • Drive measurable increases in referrals, admissions, and census across all territories
  • Identify and penetrate new and underserved markets
  • Build, mentor, and actively manage a performance‑driven business development team
  • Establish KPIs tied directly to census and revenue growth
  • Strengthen relationships with hospitals, physicians, case managers, discharge planners, SNFs, and assisted living communities
  • Monitor referral trends and territory performance through CRM systems
  • Ensure compliance with federal and state healthcare regulations
Qualifications
  • Minimum 3+ years of Home Health business development leadership experience
  • Demonstrated success driving census growth in competitive markets
  • Experience expanding service lines or entering new territories
  • Proven ability to lead from the front while managing a team
  • Strong negotiation skills and executive presence
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to travel as needed to support multi‑state growth initiatives
