Position: Sr. Manager,  Organizational Change Management

Beacon Building Products, a leading distributor in the sector.

What You’ll Do
  • Create and own repeatable change management playbooks for acquisitions and enterprise transformations.
  • Translate enterprise change initiatives into practical, executable actions for field, branch, and operational teams.
  • Partner with functional leaders to drive adoption of new processes, systems, and ways of working.
  • Identify change risks and readiness gaps and clearly articulate impacts to executives and stakeholders.
  • Develop and execute change strategies that improve adoption metrics, operational readiness, and post‑integration stability.
  • Influence leaders and teams to adopt change without formal authority.
  • Ensure change efforts scale across integrations and operating units, moving beyond workshops, communications, or one‑time enablement events.
  • Position change management as a business enablement function, not communications support.
What You’ll Bring
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Organizational Development, Psychology, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Specialized Knowledge: Change management frameworks and practical application in large transformations; M&A integration environments and cross‑functional change dynamics.
  • Skills: Executive‑level communication and storytelling; stakeholder engagement and influence; risk identification and mitigation related to adoption and readiness.
  • Abilities: Stand in front of executives and explain change risks in plain language; drive adoption outcomes, not just deliver artifacts; operate effectively across multiple concurrent initiatives.
  • Other Characteristics: Credible partner to functional and business leaders; comfortable operating in ambiguity and high‑visibility environments.
  • Professional

    Certifications:

    Prosci or similar certification preferred but not required.
  • Experience: 8+ years in organizational change management or transformation roles; experience working inside enterprise transformations with accountability for outcomes; proven track record scaling change across programs or integrations.
What you’ll Earn
  • Base pay range: $141,000 – $210,000
