Coordinate vendors and contractors across building services, ensuring service quality, documentation, and invoice accuracy.;
Support space planning and workplace changes, partnering with IT, HR, and Security to ensure smooth execution.;
Maintain EHS, compliance, and security programs, including safety walkthroughs, emergency preparedness, and required documentation.;
Manage workplace services, supplies, and small facilities projects, while supporting reporting, KPIs, and operational data integrity.
