Senior Accountant

Our client, a large and established organization, is seeking a Senior Accountant to join their accounting team.

This is a hybrid opportunity (2 days in-office) within a cutting-edge organization that prioritizes work-life balance, professional growth, and visibility. • Identify, question, and improve existing accounting processes, with a focus on close optimization and reconciliation efficiency.
• Partner with FP&A and cross-functional teams on master data accuracy, reporting, and ad hoc financial analysis (this is apart of a financial rotational program!).
• Contribute to automation and analytics initiatives, including tool evaluations and process enhancements.
• Provide flexible support across accounting, including short-term internal backfill assignments and cleanup projects as business needs evolve.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
• 3+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• Big 4 or corporate accounting experience.
• Alteryx or Power BI experience preferred.
