Physical Therapist - Up to $20,000 Sign On
Location: Des Moines, WA
Compensation: Salary starting at $85,000 to $105,000 per year (commensurate with experience). Up to $20,000 sign-on bonus.

About the Practice: Our outpatient orthopedic center in Des Moines, WA is seeking a Physical Therapist to treat a mix of teens through geriatrics across ortho, sports medicine, neuro, vestibular, industrial, etc. We provide reasonable caseload expectations and opportunities for clinical and professional growth.
Responsibilities- Evaluate, treat, direct, and document treatment for patients.
- Maintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members, and third‑party payors.
- Attend/participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager.
- Complete and maintain all corporate and clinical services required training and maintain compliance with state/local/federal regulations.
- Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school.
- Current State physical therapist license or eligibility for licensure in the state of practice.
- CPR certification.
- Experience with orthopedic, sports medicine, neuro, vestibular, industrial cases preferred.
