Starting Pay:
Movers $16/hr | Drivers $19/hr + TIPS & COMMISSIONS

We’re currently hiring Movers and Drivers who are reliable, motivated, and ready to grow with a company that lives its values every day.

As a mover or driver, you’ll safely pack, move, transport, and assemble customer items — but this isn’t just about lifting heavy things. You’ll be the face of our company, working directly with customers to ensure a smooth, positive experience.

• Provide top-tier customer service on every move
• Load and unload 26-foot moving trucks
• Safely operate moving equipment and vehicles (for drivers)
• Complete payments and paperwork on-site
• Perform daily vehicle and equipment inspections
• Represent our core values in every interaction

• Movers: $16/hr starting base pay
• Drivers: $19/hr starting base pay
• Tips:
  Typically adds $2–$4+ more per hour
• Commissions:
  Earn more on interstate moves – average $20+/hr total
• Paid vacation

• Availability on Fridays and Saturdays is a must (though not every weekend)
• Some overnight interstate travel required (per diem + hotels covered)

• Must pass background check and drug screen
• Valid driver’s license required for drivers
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Drivers must be 21+ (insurance requirement);
  Movers must be 17+
• Ability to lift 100 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude and team player mentality
