Flint Logistics, a leading transportation provider, is seeking highly motivated and experienced CDL A Truck Drivers to join our growing team in Des Moines, IA.

• Weekly Earnings: $1,200 - $1,600 per week
• Quarterly Raises: Based on production and safety performance
• Guaranteed Pay: Begins after 30 days of employment
• Orientation Pay: $100 per day
• Comprehensive Benefits: Health insurance, life insurance, paid vacation
• Salary range: $1,200.00 - $1,600.00 per week

• Late-Model Equipment: Kenworth T680 trucks (4 years or newer) with automatic transmissions, APUs, inverters, voice navigation, in-cab 5th wheel release
• Consistent Mileage: Average 2,500-3,000 miles per week
• Reefer Trailers: Hauling general commodities, boxed beef, chicken, and pork
• Operating Area: Midwest to the East Coast

• Flexible Home Time: Drivers receive 6 days off per month, which can be taken consecutively or split up with 8 days prior approval; no weekly home time during OTR shifts
• Dedicated Support: Each driver has a dedicated Driver Support Specialist team of former drivers for assistance

• Valid CDL A Truck Driver license
• Acceptable driving record
• Experience as a CDL A Truck Driver preferred

• Orientation is held in Olathe, KS. Transportation provided via bus or plane
• Passengers aged 10 and older are permitted; pets are not allowed
