Overview

SP+, a Metropolis company, is an artificial intelligence company that uses computer vision to enable checkout‑free parking experiences. We power mobility at over 4,000 locations across North America and Europe, helping drivers drive in and drive out without fumbling with tickets or credit cards.

• Operate shuttle buses safely and efficiently, ensuring passengers reach their destinations on time.
• Carry out vehicle inspections, maintain cleanliness of bus interiors, fuel buses, and log trip counts.
• Assist passengers, including those with disabilities and luggage, and provide city directions when needed.
• Maintain a valid state‑issued driver’s license and a clean DMV record at all times.
• Report any accidents, safety hazards, or policy violations to the Facility Manager.
• Communicate debris, water, oil spills, and other hazards to the garage office.
• Substitute for cashiers or valets when authorized.
• Assist Facility Manager with additional duties as required.

• Deliver an exceptional client and customer experience guided by the SP+ Promise.
• Perform vehicle inspections, fuel maintenance, and passenger assistance as outlined in the responsibilities.
• Maintain a neat appearance, uniform, and proper conduct at all times.

• Less than high school education or one month related experience, training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Valid CDL Class A, B, or C Driver’s License with Passenger Endorsement per DOT regulations.
• DOT Medical Card (Medical Examiner’s Certificate).
• Ability to read, comprehend, and write simple correspondence.
• Basic mathematical skills (addition, subtraction, two‑digit multiplication and division with 10’s and 100’s).
• Physical demands: standing, walking, handling cash and equipment, occasional lifting up to 75 pounds.

$21.10 per hour (+ tips)
