No previous experience is needed - we will provide constant training to ensure your growth within our company.

• Go out of your way to provide customer service and hospitality by being friendly (smile, eye contact, small-talk) to everyone whom you come in contact with throughout the day – especially your clients.
• Look, act and become a friendly college hunk – customer service and hospitality starts with the uniform (shirt tucked in, hat straight, pants at waist), and continuing with your can-do customer service attitude (smiles and eye contact).
• Educate clients about pricing and services and the benefit to them prior to giving an estimate, ensuring 110% satisfaction.
• SAFELY operate at all times as a general laborer - move captain.
• Make sure all daily truck inspections are performed (tire pressure, oil, equipment, etc).
• Make sure truck has enough receipts, safety equipment and marketing material.
• Price jobs accurately, meeting and surpassing customer service benchmarks.
• Be able to make logistical decisions as a hospitality professional (when to dispose, what to donate or recycle, how to best complete a job, how to package items and load a truck, how to market during downtime).
• Lead your team by relevant example, going beyond general laborer, showing team members and customers what the core values of the company are all about.
• Help to train newly hired General Laborer - Movers on the day to day operations, customer service, and core values.
• Complete Daily Checklists.
• Prevent careless and costly mistakes, including damage, injury, unhappy clients, lost equipment, etc.
• Check in regularly throughout the day with direct supervisor for additional assignments and troubleshooting guidance

Mover / Driver Requirements:

• MUST be eligible to work in the United States.
• MUST possess a valid drivers license.
• MUST have reliable transportation to work.
• MUST be able to perform general labor by lifting up to 75 pounds for an extended period of time.
• MUST enjoy hard work, and take pride in providing world class customer service and hospitality by helping others.
• MUST want to be part of a growing organization and are excited about huge opportunity to grow as a leader.
• MUST be able to pass a 7 year federal background check.
• MUST be older than 18 years old.
• PREFERRED:
  Ability and willingness to obtain D2 CDL drivers license - College HUNKS will pay for your training, fees, and will provide a BONUS for successful completion!
• Excellent earning potential including hourly pay, plus unlimited tips and monthly performance based bonuses.
• EARN $18-$22 PER HOUR with College Hunks Hauling Junk (includes base wage + tips, incentives and bonuses)
