Duke Rentals is looking for Class A CDL drivers to deliver, load, unload and pick up equipment from our customer jobsite locations.

Qualified candidates will have an upbeat customer service attitude, a clean driving record, and pass pre‑employment tests. Duke Rentals is committed to training candidates to work in our fast‑paced and safety‑oriented environment. We offer competitive wages and benefit packages commensurate with driving experience and a bonus plan valued at approximately $2.50 per hour.

• Responsible for delivery, pickup, loading and unloading of aerial lift equipment.
• Must interrelate with all levels of co‑workers and customers in a professional and courteous manner.
• Work hours vary based on customer needs and hour of operations. Complies with roadway/DOT hours of service.
• Complies with all aspects of DOT requirements and completes associated paperwork as required (complete daily inspections, logs, IFTA miles, etc.).
• Responsible for keeping the unit clean, fueling the unit, maintaining the unit as if it were your own, and informing the supervisor of any equipment issues.
• Follows all company policies and procedures.

• Conditions employee may be exposed to include but are not limited to: noise, tripping hazards, fall hazards, various chemicals such as battery acid, grease, oils, etc. Climbing up and down on a trailer or equipment several times a day. Wears appropriate PPE.
• Hot, humid, or cold climates. Wears appropriate PPE.
• Working on, beside, around, or underneath large equipment that requires squatting, kneeling, crawling, standing, etc. for extended periods of time. Wears appropriate PPE.
• Requires lifting of heavy components, etc., occasionally weighing up to 100 lbs. Wears appropriate PPE and uses proper lifting techniques on any needed larger tasks.
• Works in/on with dirty, muddy, snowy, or icy conditions as they occur.

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Familiar with cargo securement and weight loading capacities for roadways.
• Class A CDL License.
• Willingness to apply themselves toward learning other job opportunities.
• Team player who pitches in wherever needed to get the job done.
• Performs other duties as required.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $23.00 – $27.00 per hour
