Senior Java Developer

Job Description

Insight Global is seeking Senior Level Java Developer for one of our top Banking clients in Des Moines, IA. This individual is being brought in to assist with several projects supporting varying areas of the business including but not limited to accounting, treasury, market risk, etc. Much of this role will involve heads down backend development (95%), and minimal front end development work.

You'll assist with the migration completion to Java 21, building microservices, and bakcend application development. As the position progresses, we're looking for this individual to take on more architecting and strategy leadership responsibilities, which will include more interaction with high level stakeholders within the business.

Hourly pay rate for this position ranges between $55.00-$65.00 and is dependent on experience and skill set coming in with.

• 10-15 years of Java backend application development experience.
