We are seeking a skilled Service Plumber to install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems, diagnose issues, and complete repairs on pipes, fixtures, and systems. The role requires servicing tankless and commercial water heaters with a commitment to safety and professionalism, all while providing high-quality service directly to customers.

• Install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems.
• Diagnose plumbing issues and execute repairs on pipes, fixtures, and systems.
• Service tankless and commercial water heaters.
• Work safely and professionally.
• Communicate effectively with customers, ensuring high-quality service.

• 4+ years of experience in Residential & Commercial Service Plumbing preferred.
• Proficiency in plumbing repair, installation, and diagnostic testing.
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving ability.
• Excellent customer service and professional communication skills.

• Experience with residential and commercial plumbing systems.
• Ability to diagnose and repair a wide range of plumbing systems, both new and older.
• Experience servicing tankless and commercial water heaters.
• Valid, clean driver's license; company vehicle provided.
• Journeyperson and Backflow certifications preferred.
• Capability to lift 50 lbs regularly and up to 100 lbs occasionally.
• Comfortable using a smartphone/tablet for invoicing, payment collection, and job documentation.
• Professional appearance; uniforms provided.

This field-based role involves daily travel using a company-provided service vehicle, working independently with support from a collaborative service team. The job entails a professional, customer-facing environment demanding a clean appearance and respectful communication. Expect a fast-paced service setting with a variety of job types and system types, including new construction, older systems, tankless units, and commercial heaters.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Des Moines, IA.

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $33.00/hr.
