Join a dynamic team specializing in commercial slab on grade, paving, flatwork, and structural projects. We are seeking skilled concrete finishers capable of delivering high-spec jobs with precision and expertise.

• Operate a power trowel independently and effectively from day one.
• Finish concrete surfaces with precision to achieve glass-smooth and level finishes.
• Utilize finishing tools such as mag, screed, broom, and bull float.
• Collaborate on retail, office, and school projects, maintaining high standards of detail.
• Read and interpret blueprints for accurate project execution.

• Minimum of 1 year experience as a concrete finisher.
• Proficiency in operating power and riding trowels.
• Ability to read blueprints and execute slab on grade work.
• Valid driver's license.

• 2+ years experience in concrete finishing preferred.
• Experience with skid loaders is advantageous.
• Potential to advance into a foreman role.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of DES MOINES, IA.

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
