This position is in Stanley, North Dakota working in the Bakken Basin oil fields installing VFDs and other electrical equipment.

As a Journeyman Electrician with DSI you will be working for a leading electrical-integration firm in the United States. You could be configuring and wiring various brands of AC/DC controllers and VFDs. Using electrical schematics, you will design, bend and fill conduit to proper code specifications. You will be working outdoors.

• Configure and wire various brands of AC/DC controllers and VFDs.
• Use electrical schematics to design, bend and fill conduit to proper code specifications.
• Work outdoors in Bakken Basin oil fields.

• North Dakota Journeyman License required or reciprocating state.
• Maintain a valid driver’s license.
• Team oriented and possess a strong commitment to safety and quality.

• Applicants for this position must have at least an Electrical Journeyman License in one of the following states:
  Alaska, Colorado, Idaho, Iowa, Maine, Minnesota, Montana, Nebraska, New Hampshire, North Dakota, South Dakota, Utah, Wyoming.

Typical Journeyman earnings include base pay, overtime, and per diem. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, disability coverage, paid time off, a 401(k) match, and participation in the Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP).

Per diem: $115 per day. Candidate will have the option of daily per diem or company housing.

10 hours a day, 6 days a week. If workloads demand it, hours may shift to 12 hours a day, 7 days a week.
