Maintenance Technician – Cohen-Esrey Communities, LLC is currently seeking a Maintenance Technician for our property Libertad in Des Moines, IA. This position is 32 hours per week. Come join our team and experience our AMAZING culture!

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for ensuring customer fulfillment by responding to maintenance repair requests in a timely manner and preparing vacant units in preparation for new resident move-ins. The Maintenance Technician is an essential team member for Cohen-Esrey to deliver superior customer service to our residents.

• Maintenance Experience
• Ability to bend, stoop, lift, carry, push or pull over 25lbs repeatedly
• Ability to respond to after-hours emergencies
• Valid Driver's License
• Basic tools required, to include personal smart phone technology

• HVAC Certified
• Proven 2+ years of HVAC experience

$20 hourly
