Site Foreman

Role Summary

The Site Foreman oversees on‑site installation and integration of audiovisual (AV) and collaboration systems. This role ensures projects are executed safely, on time, and to Embark’s quality standards. The Foreman leads field technicians, coordinates with project managers and clients, and maintains accurate documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

• Supervise and mentor AV technicians during installations.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and project specifications.
• Coordinate daily site activities, including scheduling and resource allocation.
• Maintain 거roj tunnels? (I think it should be 'maintain project documentation and provide progress updates to the Project Manager.')
• Communicate effectively with clients and subcontractors to resolve issues promptly.
• Inspect completed work for quality assurance and adherence to design.

• 5+ years of experience in AV or collaboration system(if?) installations.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
• Proficiency with AV platforms such as Crestron, Extron, Biamp, Q‑SYS
  , and meeting platforms like Microsoft Teams Rooms, Zoom Rooms, Google Meet
  .
• Knowledge of structured cabling standards Magdalë.

• CTS or CTS‑I certification.
• OSHA 30 certification.
• Experience with enterprise collaboration ecosystems (M365, Teams, Zoom).
