Exterior Repair Technician

Position: EXTERIOR REPAIR TECHNICIAN
TMJ Construction Services is looking to add to our team. We are actively seeking a knowledgeable Exterior Repair Technician. Candidates must have a strong understanding of exterior construction & repairs, including roofing, siding, windows, gutters and decks. Candidates should be skilled in using hand and power tools. Projects will include but are not limited to deck framing, additions, siding, roofing and other remodeling projects.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail are crucial. Candidates must be professional, have a good work ethic, a valid license, and reliable transportation. Requirements:

* Experience with exterior construction

* Demonstrate ability to work both independently and as part of a team

* Ability to lift and carry heavy materials

* Comfortable working at heights and on ladders

* Stamina to work outdoors in various weather conditions

* Excellent organization skills and strong attention to detail

* Ability to complete projects in a timely manner

* Excellent communication skills with customers and team members

* Displays and applies knowledge of up-to-date construction techniques, and understands current codes

* Ability to organize and communicate effectively with subcontractors

* Must hold a valid U.S. driver's license
