Commercial Roofing Technician

We are seeking experienced Commercial Roofers to join our team. The skilled Commercial Roofers will be responsible for the maintenance, repairs, and installation of commercial roofing systems.

Position Duties & Responsibilities:

• Installation of different types of roofing systems such as BUR, EPDM, Single-ply, coatings, and other low-slope roofing systems
• Safe operation of tools of the trade (hand tools, power tools, etc.)
• Follow OSHA regulations and other safety standards, demonstrating safe work practices.
• Work outdoors in various weather conditions and meet physical demands, including mobility required to complete tasks.
• Climb and operate on ladders, able to handle at least 50 lbs.
• Communicate effectively with foremen, supervisors, and team members.

Job Requirements:

• Experience in Commercial Roofing at all levels; at least 1 year preferred
• Reliable transportation
• Acceptable background check as per company standards
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening and physical

The hourly rate generally ranges between $20 and $33, based on qualifications and other considerations.
