Service Lube Technician

Salary Range: $35,000.00 To $50,000.00 Annually

We're seeking a Service Lube Technician who has excellent Customer Service skills, takes pride in their work, and enjoys working on a team. Our dealership makes customer service a top priority so candidates must have a strong attention to detail and maintain a professional appearance.

• Familiarizing yourself with the service department and procedures
• Perform basic maintenance on vehicles (oil changes, tire rotations, wiper blade and filter replacement)
• Perform work on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with the dealershipli>
• Communicate directly with the Service Advisor so that customers can be informed if any additional service is needed

• High School diploma or GED
• Ability to learn new technology and have basic computer skills
• Repair and service procedures and specifications
• Good mechanical aptitude
• Must possess basic hand tools to perform duties listed
• Must pass a strength and physical ability test
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and work on your feet for extended periods of time
• Understanding of policies and practices
• Must be at least 18 years old to apply
• Have a valid Iowa Driver’s License and clean driving record
• Will submit to a drug and background screening prior to employment
