We are looking for a driven Outside Sales / Business Development Specialist to help grow our business, build strong client relationships, and represent our brand in the market.

• Drive Business Growth: Generate leads, nurture prospects, and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
• Client Engagement: Meet clients face-to-face, present services, and close profitable deals.
• Industry Presence: Represent the company at trade associations, networking events, and industry functions.
• Marketing & Events: Participate in trade shows, golf tournaments, and promotional events (including after-hours).
• Sales Targets: Achieve ambitious goals through meetings, calls, and networking efforts.

• 3+ years of outside sales experience with proven success in building profitable client relationships.
• Strong networking skills and willingness to attend evening events (2x/week).
• Self-motivated, team-oriented, and results-driven.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
• Frequent driving, walking, standing, phone calls, and computer use.
• Collaboration with diverse individuals across teams and clients.
