Key Responsibilities
BI) to properly locate important customer information, product information, and execute quote and order entry.
Key Responsibilities (Account Managers)
- Set up initial and follow up calls on high‑quality sales opportunities including leads from P&T marketing campaigns, distribution partners, trade shows and conferences.
- Serve as back up to Account Managers that are on vacation within a specific territory.
- Quickly and confidently qualify leads with customer service.
- Department cross‑training & self‑development, focusing on the skills and/or attributes that will make you successful in your core role and get you set for future success and advancement.
- Maintain the integrity of the ERP/CRM systems by updating or deleting obsolete customer information and notes when necessary.
- Other duties as assigned.

High School Diploma. A college degree is preferred, but is not required.
Experience RequiredThe successful candidate will have 1 to 2 years previous sales or Customer Service experience. Wholesale distribution experience is preferred, but is not required.
