Regional Sales Manager (Transportation Equipment Sales)
Hirene Xus is partnering with a leading provider of equipment financing solutions to add a Regional Sales Manager to cover the Iowa market. The organization specializes in providing loans and leases to businesses in the fleet transportation industry, handling transaction sizes ranging from $100,000 to $2,500,000.

The ideal candidate is a self‑starter with a passion for building strong customer relationships and contributing to the organization’s overall success.
Commercial finance experience within the transportation industry is a must. Experience selling trucks and/or trailers is a plus.
- New Business Development:
Identify and secure new opportunities at both the end‑user and dealer levels. - Client Relationship Management:
Strengthen and expand relationships with existing customers to drive retention and growth. - CRM & Sales Tracking:
Leverage the company’s CRM system to manage leads, track sales activity, and implement targeted marketing strategies. - Internal
Collaboration:
Work closely with credit, documentation, collections, and marketing teams to streamline processes and enhance customer experiences. - Deal Execution:
Facilitate customer applications, oversee transaction closings, and manage responsibilities within the assigned territory.
- Demonstrated success in sales within equipment finance, equipment sales, or a related industry.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively over the phone and in person.
- Familiarity with the equipment finance process (preferred but not required).
- Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and other business software.
- Customer‑focused mindset with a commitment to delivering outstanding service.
- Self‑motivated and driven to expand a sales territory and build a strong book of business.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
- Base salary plus uncapped commissions.
