A Taste of What You'll Do
Join GALLO as an Account Manager — Customer Development and lead profitable share growth for our brands by building strong, collaborative partnerships with key retail customers and distributor teams. You’ll spend time in the field driving execution of chain priorities, developing joint business plans, presenting new item opportunities, and uncovering growth across brick-and-mortar, e ‑ commerce and third ‑ party platforms.
Using market, sales and forecast data alongside Category Management, you’ll identify strategic initiatives, maximize distribution and visibility, and translate insight into measurable revenue and profit gains.
You’ll work cross-functionally and vertically across customer organizations — engaging buyers, marketing, e ‑ commerce, operations, and senior leaders — while partnering closely with Distributor Management to align regional and corporate objectives. This role values intrapreneurship and ownership: think boldly, act with initiative, manage resources to customer tiering, and continuously improve standards of performance across distribution, shelf, cold box, visibility and retailer advocacy.
You’ll champion digital commercialization, support succession development, maintain compliance with laws and safety, and represent GALLO in the community.
We welcome applicants from all backgrounds and encourage people who bring curiosity, strong relationship skills, analytical rigor, and an entrepreneurial mindset. If you’re motivated to drive strategic growth, build lasting partnerships, and help shape the future of one of the world’s leading alcohol beverage companies, we’d love to hear from you.
