What You’ll DoA day in the life of a New Home Sales Professional might include:
- Welcoming future homeowners into our model homes and helping them imagine their life in a brand‑new space.
- Guiding buyers through floor plans, upgrades, and options that make their home uniquely theirs.
- Partnering with construction, design, and marketing teams to keep your community running smoothly.
- Walking customers through contracts, financing conversations, and closing steps with confidence and care.
- Building strong relationships with local realtors through weekly outreach.
- Staying informed on market trends so you can speak confidently about our homes and communities.
- Delivering exceptional service before, during, and after the sale — the kind that earns referrals and rave reviews.
