Entry Level Sales Representative

We’re a growing marketing and sales firm based in the Quad Cities, known for delivering high-quality results through retail campaigns and event promotions.
Our team works face-to-face with customers to represent nationally recognized brands, and we’re hiring driven individuals to help us expand.

• Interact with customers at retail stores, community events, and local venues
• Promote products and services with professionalism and enthusiasm
• Assist in setting up branded displays and promotional tables
• Learn our campaigns from the ground up: sales strategy, product positioning, and customer engagement
• Report results, gather customer feedback, and help improve performance
• Collaborate with your team to meet sales goals and enhance outreach

• Friendly, outgoing personality with strong communication skills
• Sales, retail, hospitality, or marketing experience preferred (not required)
• Ability to learn quickly and work independently
• Willingness to work weekends for events and promotions
• Self-starter with a positive attitude and team-first mindset

• Base pay + uncapped commission + performance bonuses
