Pay and Compensation
- Hourly wage: $15.5 - $28.5 per hour
. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. - Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums may range from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed, with multiple premiums possible when criteria are met.

This role focuses on greeting, helping, and thanking our customers, and preventing loss at the store entrances. Responsibilities include verifying purchases, assisting with returned items, and keeping our entrances safe and secure.
