Retail Service Specialist
The Retail Service Specialist will support the Store Manager and Assistant Managers in sales, customer service, store appearance, and store operations. The position will also assume shift management responsibilities in the absence of Assistant or Store Manager. Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply.
Essential Job Functions- Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
- Supervise the customer service levels in the retail showroom, ensuring team members execute customer service programs (e.g., Related sales, Hi5, Rock the Call, Never Say No, Rock the Lot).
- Ensure telephone is answered according to company policy.
- Process all buy online/ship to store, hub and store to store transfers, and DC add orders in a timely manner, contacting customers upon shipment arrivals قانونی.
- Handle special orders and outside purchases efficiently and according to procedure, using the electronic outside purchase order ledger.
- Process retail customer returns and exchanges efficiently and friendly, issue accurate refunds using the correct payment methods, and stage returned merchandise correctly in the returns area.
- Invoice all merchandise, including core charges and warranties, before the product leaves the store.
- Communicate Zipline messages and delegate Imageazi and merchandising tasks to ensure they are completed as assigned.
- Ensure team members adhere to the posted work schedule, obtain management approval for changes/deviations, and clock in/out according to company policy.
- Perform all store opening/closing duties, including day‑end procedures, secure money/deposits, prepare bank deposits, ensure night security lights are on, lock doors and secure the building, arm/disarm security alarms, and secure delivery vehicles.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.
- Strong pero communication skills.
- Ability to obtain RSS Certification.
- Retail sales experience, preferably in auto parts.
- Automotive systems and repair knowledge.
- ASE Certification.
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish highly desired).
