Salary
: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour

• Productivity‑based wage increase up to $2.00 per hour in the first 6 months, with a maximum increase of $5.00 per hour

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• No degree required; we welcome candidates returning to the workforce or with military experience
• Preferred experience in retail, stock, customer service, cashier, sales, driver or warehouse work
• Access to reliable transportation

• Achieve established average per hour (APH) counting goals while maintaining accuracy and integrity of inventory data
• Communicate information clearly and accurately, verbally and in written form
• Build partnerships and instill trust based on demonstrated expertise
• Take initiative to suggest new approaches that may improve quality and/or quantity of job performance and organizational effectiveness
• Work varied traditional and non‑traditional hours, including flexible schedules
• Maintain reliable transportation

This position requires standing for prolonged periods, walking, repetitive motions with both hands and wrists, frequent squatting, kneeling, or crouching, using a ladder, lifting and carrying items up to 25 lbs., and occasional travel by car or plane including overnight stays.
