• Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging and interacting with all customers and maintaining a clean, organized store environment.
• Adhere to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards and follow established procedures.
• Cross‑train to support multiple areas of the store as needed.
• Model customer‑experience practices and uphold a positive store culture.
• Accurately ring purchases/returns, count change, and promote credit and loyalty programs.
• Process and prepare merchandise for the sales floor in accordance with company standards.
• Initiate and participate in store recovery and maintain overall store cleanliness.
• Participate in safety awareness and support shrink‑reduction goals.
• Accept and give constructive feedback on recognition and growth.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Flexible schedule and strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to multi‑task, respond to change, and work effectively with peers and supervisors.
• Capable of lifting heavy objects with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Preferred retail customer‑experience background.
