- Position: Quality Assurance Intern
Kemin Industries is now accepting applications for the 2026 Quality Assurance Intern position! They are seeking high‑potential students pursuing degrees in Animal Science, Food Science, Ag Business, or Biology. This 10–12 week internship program gives interns a project that directly impacts daily operations the end of the program, interns present their results to the executive team. Alongside this, interns receive mentorship and career guidance to prepare for long‑term growth.

Responsibilities of Quality Assurance InternLead a summer project with real operational impact
Assist with team tasks
Participate in department meetings and contribute ideas
Collaborate with other departments
Identify process improvements and create standard work
Travel to Des Moines, Iowa for internship events and training
Deliver a final presentation to Kemin leadership
Qualifications Required for Quality Assurance InternCurrently enrolled as a freshman–senior pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, or Biology
Able to commit to 10–12 weeks, full-time (May–August)
Ability to work onsite in Verona, MO, with travel to Des Moines, IA
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience with Excel or Power
BI preferred
Passion for your scientific or agricultural field
