Position Title: Quality Lead - Receiving
Wage: $18.00/hour
Shift: 12 Hour Days
Hours: 7:00am - 7:00pm (Monday - Wednesday)

Quality Lead Responsibilities:- Lead a team of people by example in the areas of attitude, work quality, work ethic, dependability and communication
- Provide direction to complete required inspection and/or testing operations
- Work with supervision and/or management to ensure quality rejects and/or problems are brought to the attention of the responsible personnel
- Test and/or inspect the quality of raw materials and work in process in a timely manner
- Identify non-conforming product
- Complete documentation and records as necessary
- Strong attention to detail
- Previous supervisory / leadership experience
- Previous track record of quality control experience in a manufacturing setting
- Able to read / write in English
- Able to stand for duration of shift (12 hours)
- Able to lift and/or exert force from 25-75 lbs. occasionally
- Able to push/pull up to 300 lbs
