About the Position
:
Shift: Days Monday-Friday: 0730/0800 start - 4p/430p end: 5x8 hr shifts - 40 hrs/week: no call, no weekend
Description:

Radius rule: 50 miles, 10% reduction to bill rate
NBO:16 hrsEMR: EPICOT/ multiplier
Call Back: 1.5x multiplier with 2 hr CB minimum
On Call:$9/hr Charge/Precept: $6/hr Billable hrs/week, OT billable after 4048 hrs/week, OT billable after 48
BRAND NEW hematology/oncology OP clinic just opened in early September
UNIT . # of patients per day: 12 - 15# of NP providers: 2# of MD providers: 3

Phone call/text from a 405 area code Orientation Dates: 3/23, 3/30minimum of 12 months Oncology experience in clinic/ambulatory setting [required]will accepted 1st time traveler IF they have at least 24 months of oncology experience [highly preferred]EPIC (beacon) experience strongly encouraged
Port competency experience [required]Phlebotomy experience [required]PROFILE history/resume/employment history must have 24 months of current Oncology experience[required]Skills Checklist must be specific to the discipline listed on the job (Oncology / Clinic / Chemotherapy) [required]Nursy s must state Active Iowa/IA license or compact/Multistate at time of submission [required] [document]Professional Reference/Reference Check - charge/supervisor/nurse manager/director/CNO/COO performance evaluation/reference from within 24 months of today's date[preferred]Driver s License[document] [required]AHA/American Heart Association or ARC/AMERICAN RED CROSSBLS / basic life support [required] Rate:89 (AHA) Guaranteed
