Evening RN or LPN

Registered Nurse (RN)/Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).

Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM.

Schedule: Part-Time or Full-Time.

Location: Calvin Community – Long-Term Care.

• Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with individualized care plans and facility policies.
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Supervise and support nursing assistants and other nursing staff.
• Document resident care and maintain accurate, timely medical records.
• Promote dignity, comfort, and quality of life for each resident.

• Current RN or LPN license in the state of Iowa.
• Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Prior long-term care or geriatric experience preferred, but not required.
