Registered Nurse RN

Valley View Village, a Cassia community, is hiring Registered Nurses (RN) to join our team! As a Registered Nurse at Valley View Village, you’ll provide compassionate, high‑quality care to residents, administer medications, and collaborate with a dedicated team to ensure the best possible outcomes. Full‑time

• Day: 6:00 am to 2:30 pm
• Evening: 2:00 pm to 10:30 pm

$37.50+ per hour, depending on experience

• Notify the Clinical Manager, attending physicians, and family members of significant changes in a resident’s condition, and take follow‑up action as necessary.
• Administer medications and/or treatments in accordance with physician’s orders and monitor for effectiveness/response.
• Monitor residents and report any change in their condition.
• Document care using computerized medication administration and charting software.
• Display a courteous attitude and respect for all residents, families, and staff.
• Monitor performance of CNA staff.
• Use strong interpersonal skills when interacting with others.

• Must have a current Iowa RN license or have RN licensure within the compact states.
• CPR certificate or willingness to obtain it.
• Stable work history.
• Must have strong communication and organizational skills.
• Self‑starter with a desire to be part of a team.
