- West - Shift: Full time nights; every 3rd weekend and holiday rotation
- Job
Shift: Full Time | 7pm-7:30am weekend and holiday rotation. Sign‑On Bonus: $10,000 paid over 2 years. 3 West Ortho is a 34‑bed unit specializing in total hip and knee replacement patients, with a family atmosphere.

- Successfully functions as a Registered Nurse as defined in Iowa Nursing Regulations and Practice Act.
- Provides nursing care for patients and families.
- Maintains a practice environment reflecting the ANA Code for Nurses and UnityPoint’s Philosophy of Nursing.
- Collaborates with other care givers within the Professional Nurse Practice Model.
- All newly licensed RNs with less than six months of acute RN experience are required to participate in the RN Residency program.
- Application accepted year‑round; start dates dependent on licensure, onboarding and unit availability.

Qualifications- Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- Current licensure in good standing to practice as a Registered Nurse in Iowa.
- Newly licensed nurse within the last six months or less than six months acute RN experience.
- Completion of residency program within the first 12 months of employment.
- Level 3 Medium Work:
Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, up to 20 pounds frequently, up to 10 pounds constantly.
