Registered Nurse; RN

We are hiring a full‑time Registered Nurse for a 6a-6p shift, working every third weekend, at a skilled nursing facility in Granger, IA.

• Manage and supervise resident care, developing personalized Plans of Care based on comprehensive assessments.
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality, safe, and resident‑centered care, adhering to BON standards and facility policies.
• Provide direct nursing interventions, monitor resident health, and ensure documentation compliance including medication administration and safety protocols.
• Supervise staff, assign tasks, and evaluate nursing practices to maintain high standards of care.
• Maintain safety, HIPAA compliance, and foster a compassionate, supportive environment aligned with company values.

• Active RN license, CPR certification, and preferably experience in skilled nursing.
• Strong leadership, communication, and emotional intelligence skills.
