Beds: 22 Patient Population:
General Med/Surg, including Renal, Transplant, and Urology Ratios: 1:5–6 Scrubs:
Navy Blue Float Requirement:
Across all campuses (Iowa Methodist MC, Iowa Lutheran, Iowa Methodist) Schedule & Orientation: NBO: 16 hours EMR: EPIC Pay & Billable OT: OT/Holiday: 1.15x multiplier Call Back: 1.5x multiplier (2-hour minimum) OT billable after 40 hrs/week (36–40 schedule) or after 48 hrs/week (48-hr schedule) Local Radius Rule: 50 miles; 10% reduction to bill rate for local candidates
