Health Equity Coordinator position

Healthy Birth Day, Inc., the nonprofit organization behind the Count the Kicks public health campaign, is seeking qualified applicants for the position of Health Equity Coordinator

The Health Equity Coordinator will play a crucial role in our efforts to address racial disparities related to stillbirth prevention. A key part of this work involves collaborating with community-based and national organizations to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders who share our values in promoting positive birth outcomes, especially among marginalized populations disproportionately affected.

This position reports to the Health Equity Director and collaborates closely with the HBD Programs team on programmatic activities, including health equity grant implementation, community outreach, presentations, data analysis, and other duties as assigned. The coordinator will support HBD’s mission and values while developing professional skills in these areas, with clear pathways for advancement as goals are achieved.
