Starting Pay: $21.06 per hour with increase after 3 months; union regulated. Top pay at 30 months!

The Envelope Machine Adjuster / Mechanic is responsible for maintaining and producing quality products. Duties include machine set-up, problem solving, a focus on quality and manufacturing process, preventive maintenance and more. This position is responsible for ensuring that a variety of industrial equipment, such as machines and manufacturing tools, are kept clean and working efficiently. The Adjuster must be able to make timely decisions while under pressure and has the ability to multi-task in an environment where several tasks must be completed simultaneously.

All training will be provided.

Manage machine set-up and operation for envelope production. Monitor quality and manufacturing processes to ensure consistent output. Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshoot equipment as needed. Maintain safe working conditions and comply with company policies. Demonstrate the ability to make timely decisions under pressure and multitask in a fast-paced environment. Ensure equipment and tools are clean and functioning efficiently.

• Age 18 or older
• Attention to Detail
• General math skills including ability to read a ruler to 1/16th of an inch
• Operate computer-controlled equipment

• Regularly required to stand, use repetitive hand/wrist movement
• Frequently required to stoop, kneel, lift/move up to 50 lbs.
• Other required abilities include verifying color and print quality
