Operator – Night Shift (Back Half) at Feed Energy

Shift Details
Shift: 6 PM – 6 AM, every Thursday, Friday and Saturday, with a rotating Wednesday every other week.
Pay begins at $21.00 /hr plus a $1.60 shift differential.
Operators may earn quarterly bonuses.
Training
Three months of training on a Monday–Friday schedule from 2 PM to 10 PM before starting the shift.
Background Check
All candidates must pass a background check and drug screening.

- Follow all standard operating procedures during daily operations.
- Follow safety rules by inspecting safety equipment and maintaining safety standards.
- Prepare machinery for operation.
- Keep records and logs associated with operations of the plant.
- Operate all valves and pumps associated with plant production systems to move products between tanks.
- Monitor temperatures and pH of products, and processing and transfer times of products.
- Monitor product for quality assurance, take and maintain product samples as required under procedures.
- Unload and load trailers and rail cars.
- Operate shag tractor to spot trailers.
- Perform housekeeping duties as assigned by Shift Lead, Operations Supervisor, and Plant Management.
- Demonstrate company values in everyday work interactions.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Ability to operate computer systems including Microsoft Outlook, PIMS, Microsoft Word, and Excel.
- Ability to read and write English and perform basic mathematical calculations.
