Vi Clarity is a global leader in compliance and technology solutions for credit unions and other regulated industries. We are seeking a VP of Services to join our leadership team. This executive role plays a pivotal part in leading the commercial and operational performance of our league compliance services, ensuring exceptional client experiences, driving service excellence, and supporting scalable growth across the organization.
The VP of Services is responsible for the delivery and growth of high-quality compliance services that consistently meet and exceed client expectations. We are seeking a visionary, relationship-driven thought leader with deep expertise in credit unions and regulatory compliance.
Partnering closely with the CEO, the VP will align service strategy and operations with company objectives, drive revenue growth through innovation and service excellence, and ensure scalable, efficient delivery. This executive will build and sustain long-term trusted advisor relationships with clients, leagues, and industry partners, while also providing direct, senior-level consulting to key clients as a recognized subject-matter expert.
Core Responsibilities Commercial Leadership & Business Management- Own P&L responsibility for League Compliance Services, including revenue growth, profitability, forecasting, and budget oversight
- Develop and execute operating strategies that align with company objectives and market needs
- Identify and pursue new growth opportunities through service expansion, partnerships, and innovation
- Establish scalable operating models to support growth while maintaining service quality and efficiency
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing, multi-disciplinary services organization
- Set clear operating goals, performance metrics, and accountability across teams
- Optimize service delivery processes to ensure consistency, quality, and scalability
- Foster a collaborative, results-driven, and people-first culture
- Build and maintain long-term, trusted relationships with league partners, credit union executives, and industry stakeholders
- Serve as a senior escalation point for complex client and operational issues
- Ensure a best-in-class client experience across the entire service lifecycle
- Position ViClarity as a strategic partner through proactive engagement and consultative leadership
- Serve as a visible industry thought leader in credit union compliance and governance
- Represent ViClarity at industry conferences, league events, and executive forums
- Contribute to the development of industry insights, best practices, and future-focused compliance strategies
- Strengthen ViClarity’s brand and influence within the credit union ecosystem
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management or related field.
- Proven executive leader with experience running complex service-based operations
- Strong commercial acumen with experience owning revenue, margins and growth strategies
- Understanding of compliance and regulatory environments impacting financial institutions preferred but not required.
- Trusted relationship builder with executive presence and consultative influence
- Experienced people leader with a track record of building and scaling high performing teams
- Strategic and forward thinking with the ability to translate vision into execution.
