DeYarman CDJR Ames is seeking a highly organized, detail‑driven Office Manager to lead our administrative operations and support a fast‑paced, customer‑focused dealership environment. This is an ideal position for an A Player in a dealership Accounting office who wants to move into management. Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily office operations and administrative workflow
  • Supervise, train, and support office and clerical staff
  • Ensure accurate processing of sales deals, title work, and service documentation
  • Maintain compliance with dealership, state, and manufacturer requirements
  • Manage schedules, reporting, and internal communication across departments
  • Assist with payroll, invoicing, and accounting tasks as needed
  • Maintain organized filing systems and dealership records
  • Support leadership with special projects and process improvements
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders
Qualifications/Requirements – Office Manager
  • Minimum 2 years' dealership accounting experience
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • High proficiency with computers, DMS systems, and Microsoft Office
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy environment
  • Strong understanding of dealership paperwork, titling, and accounting processes
  • Professional, dependable, and solutions‑oriented
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship and be a current resident
  • Pre‑employment background checks are required, including MVR, and drug screening
