DeYarman CDJR Ames is seeking a highly organized, detail‑driven Office Manager to lead our administrative operations and support a fast‑paced, customer‑focused dealership environment. This is an ideal position for an A Player in a dealership Accounting office who wants to move into management. - Oversee daily office operations and administrative workflow
- Supervise, train, and support office and clerical staff
- Ensure accurate processing of sales deals, title work, and service documentation
- Maintain compliance with dealership, state, and manufacturer requirements
- Manage schedules, reporting, and internal communication across departments
- Assist with payroll, invoicing, and accounting tasks as needed
- Maintain organized filing systems and dealership records
- Support leadership with special projects and process improvements
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders
- Minimum 2 years' dealership accounting experience
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- High proficiency with computers, DMS systems, and Microsoft Office
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy environment
- Strong understanding of dealership paperwork, titling, and accounting processes
- Professional, dependable, and solutions‑oriented
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship and be a current resident
- Pre‑employment background checks are required, including MVR, and drug screening
