This is a full‑time, on‑site role for an Area Coach based in Des Moines, IA. The Area Coach will oversee multiple restaurant locations, ensuring excellence in operations, customer service, and team leadership. Responsibilities include managing staff development, ensuring compliance with operational standards, driving restaurant performance, and achieving financial goals. This role requires a hands‑on approach to developing management teams, implementing strategic initiatives, and fostering a positive workplace culture to meet company objectives.

• Strong leadership and team management skills, including a proven ability to inspire, coach, and mentor diverse teams.
• Experience in operations management, setting strategic goals, driving performance, and ensuring compliance with corporate standards.
• Proficiency in financial management, budgeting, and achieving profitability goals.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across teams and stakeholders.
• Problem‑solving and decision‑making skills to address challenges and implement solutions in a fast‑paced environment.
• Previous experience in multi‑unit management is strongly preferred, especially in the food service or retail industry.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel between assigned locations.
• A bachelor’s degree in business management or a related field is a plus but not required; equivalent professional experience is also valued.
