As a Maintenance Technician, you will deliver excellent support and customer service to resident needs and keep the physical plant in compliance with state and federal regulations.

• Implement and document preventative maintenance program for facility and equipment.
• Oversee and maintain community grounds, including outside/inside building repair, lawn maintenance, and cooperation with the landscaping contractor and garbage removal services.
• Maintain and oversee repair of facility equipment to ensure proper function.
• Prepare apartments for resident move‑ins, including painting, carpet laying, replacement of vinyl floors, and installation of ceiling fans or general repairs required prior to move‑in.

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with physical plant maintenance is preferred.
• Interest in working with the older adult population.
