Summary
Morgan & Morgan is looking for an attorney that is barred and resides anywhere in Iowa to assist with E-Discovery / Document Review on mass tort and class action cases. The E-Discovery Attorney will assist with discovery activities, primarily document review on hosted platforms. From time to time, they may also take on other tasks, including deposition preparation, trial support, and motion drafting.
Responsibilities- Perform substantive document review, generally on document review platforms such as Relativity, DISCO, etc.
- Review and code documents for responsiveness, relevancy, confidentiality, issues, and privilege
- Assist with preparation of privilege and redaction logs as well as challenges to privilege
- Participate in special projects and other duties as assigned
- Law degree from a fully accredited law school
- An active member in good standing with the Iowa State Bar Association
- Minimum 1+ years of personal injury experience
- Prior E-Discovery / Document Review experience preferred
